As we wrap up the year 2020, it's time to take a look at how the top dining and restaurant applications have performed on the Android platform in France during the fourth quarter. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into the trends for downloads and weekly active users for these popular applications.

Starting with McDo+, McDonald's France's official app, we saw a high in downloads at the beginning of October with around 52K downloads and a gradual decline towards the end of December to approximately 31K downloads. Weekly active users peaked in late October at over 450K but saw a decrease to around 270K active users by the year's end.

BURGER KING France experienced its highest number of downloads in the last week of September, reaching approximately 37K, before witnessing a decline to around 15K downloads by late December. The trend in weekly active users mirrored this pattern, starting with over 215K in late September and dropping to around 181K active users by the end of December.

TheFork - Restaurant bookings, managed by LaFourchette SAS, showed a significant drop in downloads after October, going from nearly 19K downloads at the start of Q4 to just a few hundred by December. The number of weekly active users also decreased during this period, from around 73K in late September to 42K active users by the close of the year.

The KFC Fidélité app saw a steady number of downloads throughout the quarter, ranging from around 4K to 5.7K, with a noticeable increase in the last week of December. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a slight uptick from 17K to 20K active users towards the end of the quarter.

Finally, Domino's Pizza France had a varied quarter, with downloads peaking at nearly 5K in the first week of October, but then declining to under 2K by the year's end. Weekly active users started at around 13K and saw a decrease to roughly 9.6K active users in the same period.
